Logan’s breadth of experience includes management & design services for heavy industrial rail facilities which include site development, grading, drainage, environmental, storm water pollution prevention, permitting, design and engineering of each system.

Rudy Qualls, CPA is the CFO for Domestic Trade Terminals and is an experienced financial executive with 40+ years in finance, administration, and IT management, known for driving results across Fortune 500 and private companies. Skilled in business-wide IT integration, remote solution deployment, and website development, with a record of success in high-stakes turnarounds, acquisitions, and divestitures. Expertise spans global budgeting, taxation, SEC reporting (10K/20F), construction, and project management. Licensed General Contractor for commercial and residential projects, AICPA and FEI member, and OSHA safety-certified.

Brock Qualls is the COO for Domestic Trade Terminals and is a proven VP of Business Development with over 30 years of experience and has a strong record in driving strategic growth and securing major industry partnerships. His expertise spans brand positioning, offer negotiations, and risk management, generating over $200 million in bids and building partnerships with leading railroads and federal agencies. With hands-on experience in industrial, rail, and disaster relief services, he brings client-focused solutions that expand market share, drive profitability, and create lasting value.
